Stark Property have been developing a number of buildings across Hamilton's CBD in recent years.
Panama Square is a building that has sat vastly empty and looking rather tired up until the Stark team came along to give it a new lease of life, converting it to shared office space and placing a venue on the top floor available for hire.

Stark got in touch when they were looking at lighting the facade and canopy, the goal was to not only light the walkway below but punch up the facade all within one wall mounted luminaire.

The Ligman Tango was selected as being the suitable product and was then customized to suit the specific needs of the project.

Employing Type 4 street optics down at 19W and 16° 39W uplight, with both utilizing 3000K.

This project has shown that Ligman's flexibility and ability to provide custom solutions enables projects to come to life and ensure the architecture is kept clean and simple.
